As a Lifecycle Specialist, you will manage employee exits for Remote's external employees, focusing on legal compliance and customer service. You'll provide first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources. You'll contribute to process improvements and initiatives, aligning with Remote's strategic goals.

The Employee Relations Advisor (People Advisor internally) works in partnership with others in the People collective to create positive working relationships between Monzo and its people. They support managers to manage various employee relations (ER) issues in their teams, in line with Monzo’s People Policies, applying consistency and fairness throughout.
